The Classic Bedroom Set
If the Heimwee Bedroom Set arrives in a damaged condition, take pictures and inform Heimwee Huis immediately. We will arrange for the product/s to be picked up from you via our couriers.
You can return Heimwee POS items excluding receipt paper within 10 days of receiving it.
To return an item, contact info@heimweehuis.co.za to request a return.
Returned Heimwee POS items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging, including all parts and documentation. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that all returns are subject to Heimwee's inspection. You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a refund.
Heimwee POS items rejected by Heimwee aren't eligible for refunds. You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of approval using EFT from Heimwee Huis. If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at info@heimweehuis.co.za.
